Follow along, to quickly learn how to create chatrooms, invite users and prompt multiple AI's
Within the IntelliOptimas chatrooms, users have the powerful ability to invite other participants and collaborate on prompts as a team. This feature enhances the collective knowledge and problem-solving capacity of the group.
Create a new Chatroom
IntelliOptimas offers multiple convenient ways to create new chatrooms:
From Sidebar:
Navigate to the left sidebar of the interface.
Locate and click on the dark circle icon with a plus sign (+).
From Home:
From the home screen, look for the prominent "Create New Chat" button.
Simply click this button to initiate a new chatroom.
Both methods provide quick and easy access to start fresh conversations or collaborative spaces within the platform, and should result in being redirected to the chatroom creation page.
Configure Chatrooms and Assemble Your Team of Humans and AI Assistants
After being redirected to the chatroom creation page we need to fill out the name of the chatroom, and assemble the members consisting of both humans and AI assistans.
Choose AI Assistants to include:
On the creation page, simply click the "Select Ai models" tab, and choose the AI assistants you would like to participate within your chatroom, you can select as many AI Assistants as your subscription allows.
Choose Members to include:
After you've selected which AI assistants you would like to participate, you can further choose if you want to have a collaborative chatroom with other members along your side, this is optional and not needed - You can also create private chatrooms, which only consist of you and AI assistants.
Click the input field for "Add chatroom member", and search either for name or email, which will show a dropdown of possible users who have an account within IntelliOptima.
Choose Teams to include:
If you have a favorite team composition, you can also create personal Teams (to learn how to create teams go here -> Create Teams).
If you already have, simply slide from "Members" tab to "Teams" tab and select the Team/s you would like to add within the chatroom.
