Create Teams

Creating Teams are a quick and easy way to assign Chatroom Rights to specific members, so you dont have to add multiple members every time you create a chatroom.

The Teams section is located inside your Profile Page

From Home:

• Navigate to your Profile page by clicking your profile icon

• Click the Profile option to navigate to your Profile Page

From Profile page:

• On the left hand side of the Profil Page navigate to the Teams Tab

The navigation is on the left side of the Profile page

• Your Owned teams will be displayed and to see more details, simply click the team

• Your Shared teams are also listed, these are teams you are a part of, but not own yourself

• For the Teams that you own, you can configure the team by clicking the accommodating 'Gear icon'

Team Creation

To create a team, click the Purple "Create Team" Button

• Enter Team name, Team Type and search for users to add to your team.

Add members to the team and assign Rights to the member

Assigning Member rights

The 5 member rights gives each member distinct limitations and opportunities in a chatroom

1. ADMIN - Includes Manage rights and gives the user the ability to Delete Chatrooms

2. MANAGE - Includes Ai+ rights and gives the user the ability to Kick Members and add members

3. AI+ - Includes Write rights and gives the user the ability to Prompt AI's

4. WRITE - Includes the Read rights and gives the user the ability to write basic messages

5. READ - gives the user the ability to read messages
